Position: Property Handyman

Term: Full-Time

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Painting

  • Floor installation

  • Drywall hanging

  • Trim work

  • Tile installation

  • General plumbing/electrical

  • Window/door replacement

  • Preparing/organizing tools & materials for projects

  • Operate/maintain company vehicle/properties.

Other responsibilities include renovations, repairs, maintenance, or other property management duties.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record

  • Reliable/Trustworthy

  • Proactive about being on time

  • Availability: Monday - Friday

  • Provide 2 Character References
