Looking for a hands-on opportunity? We’re searching for a full-time General Laborer to join our team and assist with Excavation/Demolition Projects alongside our Heavy Equipment Operators and Foremen.

Position: Heavy Equipment Operator

Term: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $17 - $22/Hour

(based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with excavation and demolition projects

  • Shovel and perform other physical labor as needed

  • Operate and read a transit accurately

  • Communicate effectively with team members

  • Lift and move heavy objects safely

  • Other responsibilities include renovations, repairs, maintenance, or other property management duties.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role

  • Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record

  • Reliable/Trustworthy

  • Experience in the Excavation industry, or similar

  • Proactive about being on time

  • Availability: Monday - Friday

  • Provide 2 Character References
