Are you skilled in operating machinery and looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our team as a Heavy Equipment Operator and take part in diverse residential and commercial projects!

Position: Heavy Equipment Operator

Term: Full-Time

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Operate company excavators, skid steers, dozers, and similar equipment

  • Excavate and install driveways and drainage systems

  • Assist with inground pool installation

  • Perform grading and sitework

  • Execute demolition and similar tasks

  • Preparing/organizing tools & materials for projects

  • Operate/maintain company vehicle/equipment/properties.

Other responsibilities include renovations, repairs, maintenance, or other property management duties.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record

  • Reliable/Trustworthy

  • Experience with operating/maintaining Heavy Equipment

  • Proactive about being on time

  • Availability: Monday - Friday

  • Provide 2 Character References
